About Us

Project Missouri has dominated the landscape of MO lacrosse for the past  decade. During that time, Project Missouri has won nearly every city championship at every level, every year. Similarly, Project Missouri is, without question, the most selective program in the area. More NCAA players have come out of PROMO than any other team in the history of MO lacrosse, and no group of players have been more successful. PROMO players have been named Metro Player of the Year by the St. Louis Post Dispatch every year since the award was given, earned All American honors more than 30 times, earned all state more than 70 times, and have competed successfully in numerous national events.

Mission of Founders Lacrosse:

Through lacrosse, we help young men be the best version of themselves.
We seek to inspire a passion for discipline, leadership, and mental toughness. Our players are prepared to handle adversity with class and welcome mistakes as opportunities to grow into empowered young men.

To that end, all of the Founders Lacrosse entities function under the premise that parent partnership is critical to running a great organization. We value feedback and hope that a proactive and reflective approach will provide players and families with an optimal experience.
