Jennifer Williams, a St. Louis native and decorated former collegiate athlete, joined Project Missouri in Summer of 2025 as the Girls Youth Program Coordinator and Head Coach of the MICDS Middle School Girls Lacrosse Team.

A graduate of MICDS, Williams was an All-American and named to the St. Louis All-Decade Team for her dominant play and leadership on the field. She went on to play Division I lacrosse at the University of Vermont, where she helped lead the Catamounts to their first-ever America East Championship and NCAA Tournament appearance. She concluded her collegiate career as UVM’s 2022 Team MVP.

With over eight years of coaching experience across youth, middle school, and high school levels, Williams brings a deep passion for player development and a commitment to growing the game at its roots. Her leadership at the youth level plays a critical role in shaping the future of girls lacrosse in Missouri.
