MOMADE Performance - Summer 2026
Program Structure
The summer program is a 8-week session running 2 times per week in person.
Girls Ages: 2028, 2029 and 2030s
Boys Ages: 2030, 2031 and 2032s
Why This Program is Different
-
Movement First: We will not chase weight or high volume if movement patterns are not correct first. This emphasis is key to long-term athletic development and injury reduction both on the field and in the weight room.
-
Injury Prevention: Every session includes a comprehensive pre-practice/pre-game warm-up focusing on joint mobility and stability to prepare for full-speed cutting and acceleration.
-
Tracked Development: Speed, plyometric, and strength/power data are consistently tracked and shared with athletes.
Session 1 improvement results:
- 10 athletes improved MPH by .5 to 1.9
- 10 athletes improved their broad jump by at least 2 inches, the best one being 6 inches.
