St. Louis Girls Lacrosse Camps & Clinics | Project Missouri

The Project Series is Project Missouri’s premier lineup of girls lacrosse camps and clinics, built for athletes across St. Louis who want to level up their game. Our camps and clinics are open to all area players from across St. Louis and beyond.

Each clinic in the series is designed with purpose: position-specific training, high-rep environments, and direct instruction from top coaches with a proven track record of player development.

Whether you're a new player, picking up a stick for the first time, or a high school athlete preparing for the next level, the Project Series provides the tools, reps, and mindset needed to grow your game and elevate your impact.

Girls Offense Project - Winter 2026

 

Project Missouri is proud to introduce our Girls Offense Project Series, an all-levels training series for female athletes in grades 5–12 looking to sharpen their game ahead of the spring season. Open to players from across the region, this camp focuses on offensive fundamentals, advanced skill development, and high-rep instruction in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Led by Lauren Ottensmeyer and Jennifer Williams, alongside our elite girls coaching staff, each session is designed to challenge athletes at their level—whether they're new to the sport or chasing a varsity or collegiate future.

  • 5 sessions of high-intensity instruction
  • Grades 5–12 (split into middle & high school groups)
  • January 25–February 22 | Sun | 10:00–11:00 AM
  • MICDS/MAC
  • $185 | Space limited to 25 players

Girls Defense Project: Winter 2026

 

Project Missouri is proud to introduce our Girls Defense Project Series, an all-levels training series for female athletes in grades 5–12 looking to sharpen their game ahead of the spring season. Open to players from across the region, this camp focuses on defensive fundamentals, advanced skill development, and high-rep instruction in a fast-paced, supportive environment. This 5 week skills clinic series seeks to build individual skill levels for defenders from rising grades 5-12.

Led by Lauren Ottensmeyer and Jennifer Williams, alongside our elite girls coaching staff, each session is designed to challenge athletes at their level—whether they're new to the sport or chasing a varsity or collegiate future.

  • 5 sessions of high-intensity instruction

  • Grades 5-12 (split into middle & high school groups)

  • January 27–February 24 | Thurs | 8:15–9:15 AM

  • MICDS/MAC

  • $185 | Limited to 25 players

The Girls Skills Project: Winter 2026

 

For our 3rd and 4th graders, we will be offering a 5 week skill development program held indoors at MICDS in the MAC. We are going to cap this program at 25 players and focus on individual skill development. This program is open to any and all 3rd and 4th graders.

  • 5 sessions of focused skills work

  • 3rd & 4th graders only

  • Sundays, January 25–February 22 | 11:00 AM–12:00 PM

  • MICDS/MAC

  • Space limited to 25 players

  • $185 | Stick, goggles, tennis shoes, no cleats

The Co-Ed Draw Project: Winter 2026

 

Project Missouri is proud to announce the creation of our Co-Ed Draw Project to improve our cities capacities at the faceoff X on both the girls and boys side of the sport. This 5 week camp will be coached by both boys and girls coaches to improve players ability to win possession of the ball.

  • 5 sessions of high-level draw training

  • Grades 2026–2033 (boys & girls)

  • January 19–February 16 | Mon | 7:00–8:00 PM

The Co-Ed Crease Project: Winter 2026

 

The Crease Project takes great pride in utilizing the most experienced goaltending coaches to create an ideal setting providing a dynamic and competitive training environment for all goalies training in our program.

Our goalie school is designed to cater to the individual’s unique skill set while also providing extreme focus on the technical skills required for our goalies to reach their potential. Each student will be asked to identify their short, intermediate and long-term goals and desires.

Athletes training in our program will have the skill set and knowledge to work individually to auto correct areas of concern our students also will enjoy the camaraderie of all current and past players to use as a resource for tips, pointers, advice and will be able to call upon prior experiences to allow them to be the best version of themselves.

  • 4 sessions of high-level goalie training

  • Boys and Girls
  • High School 2026–2030 and Youth 2031-2034

  • High School: January 11–February 1 | Sun | 8:00–9:30 AM

  • Youth: February 8–March 1 | Sun | 8:00–9:30 AM

  • $200 | Limited to 15 goalies (15 High School, 15 Youth)
